You Have

  • Expert-level experience with strategic account management, sales processes, and solution selling
  • 5-8+ years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quotas, covering relevant accounts and industries
  • A proven ability to translate customer needs into solution requirements through the creation of powerful value propositions and use of negotiation skills
  • Experience in an early-stage company where you know how to navigate and be successful
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision making
  • An ability to stay organized and manage a pipeline of prospects
  • Comfort working in a fast paced environment, wearing many hats

  • Identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles

Your Responsibilities

  • In order to meet the demands of our high growth business, we are looking for a talented business development director to provide insights and solutions to our clients.
  • Present a 90-day outbound focused plan including measurable objectives
  • Assess prospective clients current and potential needs and determine appropriate solutions and products
  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals
  • Continuously prospect to develop net new clients, which includes expanding relationships within existing accounts
  • This role requires periodic visits to the Nousot Chicago office or client location to maximize in-person collaboration and build stronger relationships.
